Hey, so I haven't been on this site for ages, and yet design wise I'm the busiest I've ever been. I'm working alongside my brother starting up Thunder and Plunder. What is Thunder and Plunder you may ask? It's a statewide biker magazine for Florida, that's on a DVD instead of print, as well as a website. In between coordinating different projects for that, I'm currently in charge of our CafePress store. That's where Misery Luvs comes in. Part of the store is dedicated to my ML designs, alongside whatever I create for T&P. So for all your new ML design needs check out my new online store at Thunder and Plunder Garage and look under the Misery Luvs tab! Even more new designs to follow.

I’ve started an Etsy shop. I’ll be selling crocheted dolls and accessories handmade by yours truly. Eventually I’d like to add other things as well, but for now I’m just testing out the waters.
I love to crochet so I figured I might as well and see if I can turn my hobby into a side business as well. After all there’s nothing wrong with a little dabbling in the art of ‘supplementing my income’. Of course I have to sell things first.
I currently have up for sale, three crocheted teru teru bozu amigurumi charms. Think of them as your very own Ichi, Ni, and San. Indeed the rainy day brothers were in quite impressive form the other day as scattered showers and storms infiltrated Central Florida.

Rainy Day Blues Shirt by MiseryLuvs
Design unique custom printed t shirt at zazzle.com
I just started a Zazzle shop @ http://www.zazzle.com/miseryluvs* , go ahead and check it out! I have two designs currently up. Hoping to add more soon. Speaking of 'Rainy Day Blues', it's been pretty rainy here in the Sunshine State the past couple of days. The skies are a lovely and cheerful shade of gray and although it started out hot and humid, a nice breeze has been picking up. I have my own Teru Teru Bozu (crocheted by me) hanging up by my window. It seems that just like the little troublemakers on my shirt though that this particular Teru Teru Bozu isn't doing their job. I also have a redbubble shop!

Which unfortunately, although almost done, still missed my self-imposed Sunday deadline. I got to say I like how this one is turning out. Not to mention that this comic marks the debut of the Wolf in his 'wolf-boy' form instead of just his normal 'gigantic wolf' form.
FYI both of these characters are actually from a comic that I've been working on, editing, revising, so forth and so on, for several years now. Which brings me to the original point of this comic. I'm trying to start off with 'short story' comics until I think I can keep some sort of schedule, as well as to teach myself how to churn out pages faster. Both that I'm sort of failing at miserably at the moment.
However! The main reason I did this comic was to actually start and finish a comic, regardless of whether it was a short one or not. After all I do have a tendency to get sidetracked with my comics and then try to move onto something else when my mind becomes stricken with wanderlust. I am determined to officially be able to say I finished a comic. I've made a guesstimate that I am roughly about halfway done.
Well, I just wanted to say that I am hard at work and not neglecting my web comic artist duties. I should have a new page up in time for Sunday. I'm also working on a couple other designs, but that's besides the point. Either way I bid thee adieu and now it's about time to hit the hay. I have a busy week after all. Till later~

I love stuffed animals, there's something about them that feels very whimsical and harkens back to the days of my youth when the simple things made me smile. I can picture this little stuffed cat, perhaps nestled amongst some leaves at the bottom of a tree, looking over a child who's running through a meadow of flowers at dusk, a warm summer breeze gently running through the meadow.
The field of flowers that bears resemblance to the sea, as the stalks of tall grass laps gently in the wind. It's almost as if time is standing still, because when you're a child time means nothing to you, everything seems to go on forever, days blending into one.
However, it's getting late and surely you must get home before dark sets in and your mother begins to worry. So you gather up your faithful feline companion into your arms and all the while the wind seems to guide you back home, gingerly urging you forward as it pushes against your back.
Yeah, not so much a story as a feeling, or an idea. I guess it just makes me feel nostalgic. Anyway, speaking of dusk, it's getting dark outside and I need to walk my loyal companion, and stout Shiba Inu, Watson. Till Later~!
